Batch 233-A ACCEPTED -- (8.6.25) from (8.6.6) and (8.6.9): the two engines ARE landed (batch 232's reading corrected) and the reindexing is proved

Definitions/MMFLM86ModeBlockReindex.lean (MM.FLM86MBR) proves, in the face's own currency, the
reindexing that the two landed creation-mode engines perform. It corrects batch 232's measurement
(MMFLM86FockStepRecon.lean, NOTES.md section 130; HANDOVER.md section 1 row 3, ROADMAP frontier #3):

* engine (L) of residual #3 IS in the tree: MM.FLM86MLA.actionFamily_factorFactorZero_modeVL
  (MMFLM86ModeLawAllAux.lean:556, guard :628, [propext, Classical.choice, Quot.sound]) -- the
  (8.6.9)/(8.4.16) law for an ARBITRARY accumulated field Yt with its inhomogeneous commutator and no
  window hypothesis. Batch 232 traced only the one-anchor MM.FLM86ZOF.ZAligned_modeVL and stopped
  there;
* engine (R) IS in the tree: MM.FLM86ZOF.normOrdered2_modeVL_sub (MMFLM86ZOneFockOne.lean:198, guard
  :931) -- one creation mode crossing the whole two-variable normal-ordered product, at the price of
  two shifted copies scaled by <c,a> and <c,b>.

The book's own route supports this: Remark 8.6.2 derives (8.6.10) "from (8.6.6), (8.6.9) and a formal
application of (8.4.25)" (transcribed at MMFLM85IterateCreated.lean:17 and
MMFLM810BoundaryReduced.lean:30), and (8.6.25) is that combination read with (8.6.8) inserted as a
state -- three rules and no fourth input.

What was actually missing is the REINDEXING: the shifted copies live at the SHIFTED EXTERNAL INDEX
m-r, not at m. All PROVED, all guarded (propext alone, or the standard three):

* blockFirstIdx_first_shift / blockFirstIdx_second_shift -- C_{m-r}-Q = (C_m-Q)+r and
  C_{m-r}-(Q+r) = C_m-Q;
* honestBlockCoeffJ_shift -- coeff_{m-r}(Q+r) = coeff_m(Q): the coefficient of a shifted copy at the
  shifted index is the same binomial, which is what keeps the shifted copy a face-shaped sum;
* normOrdered2_modeVL_block / blockOfShift_modeVL_creation -- engine (R) read at the face's block,
  both copies moved to the index m-r;
* blockSum_shift_image -- the cross-contraction half IS the face's own right-hand side at m-r over
  the shifted support s.image (fun Q => Q + r);
* blockSum_modeVL_creation -- the whole right-hand side, hit by one creation mode, as the
  block-by-block three-sum form.

Reading recorded for the next batch (NOTES.md section 131, HANDOVER.md section 6 item 1): the step's
gamma-half (gamma = <c,b>, delta = 0, read through reflectFam A k = A (-k-1)) is exactly the
hypothesis's right-hand side at m-r, to be cancelled against blockSum_shift_image; what is left is
the kappa-half of engine (L) -- the lattice field's own (8.6.25) reading, whose model is
flatBinomialExpansion -- against the MIXED sum of the headline (coefficients at m, blocks at m-r).
The step therefore consumes the face at m-r, so the (8.5.4) induction must run on the
all-m-strengthened face.

FinalCheck.lean imports the module and is GREEN; the module's seven declarations carry #guard_msgs
footprints; Probe/forbidden_tokens.py reads all zeros. HANDOVER.md (state header, section 1 row 3,
section 6 item 1, module map), ROADMAP.md (frontier #3, R3) and NOTES.md (section 131) are updated.
